I have noticed that since I've been drinking Kefir daily, I'm absorbing more nutrients. My bowel movements have been better formed. In contrast, a 100% raw diet can be a little looser than what is normal for someone. This can be a good thing for those that complain about constipation. But for me, I never had that problem. I feel better, whole, more complete in my nutrition. Being 100% raw, I would sometimes worry that I wasn't getting all the nutrition I need...especially during a pregnancy! But now I have a greater feeling of wellness.
