One out of three treatments:
It was uncomfortable. Filling up with water is very uncomfortable. Emptying the water feels good.
The next 12 hrs. was some cramping. It takes 12-24 hrs to have a bowel movement.
I lost 1 lb.
Next treatment is tonight...
All three treatments are done!
The bad thing for me is that I had the negative thinking that I could eat junk because it will get washed away.
But no more colonics for now. Back to eating healthy food that's good for my colon!
