Vitamin D Deficiency

It turns out that I'm deficient in Vitamin D.

Mushrooms and Egg Yolks are the best vegetarian options, besides supplements and sun light.

I'm not a fan of taking Vitamins instead of just eating healthy foods, but Vitamin D does seems like a good thing to include, especially in the winter months.
